On this page, I have a light bulb tilted on an angle.
I like the box with the text on the side of it the best.
This page continues experimenting with more ideas. I tried to imagine a light bulb hanging from a string on the ceiling.
On this one I added more detail in the bulb and on the screw part.
I tried to explore other ideas that isn't just a light bulb. I couldn't figure out how to make it look right, so I probably won't be using this.
Here I was testing out different fonts to go with the logo.
I like the ones with the thing on the inside, I think it would look good with color, maybe look into a different font.

ReplyDeleteI really like the detail that was added on the lightbulb. Maybe go somewhere like dafont.com to explore more unique fonts. These are very typically used fonts on amateur stuff and we want to look proffesionals.

ReplyDeleteI agree with spending some time trying out a bunch more fonts - think about what the image of the company/store would be - maybe who the target audience is. I thought of another simple object that could take the place of the bulb - a switch. If you do the bulb, this could also be cool to use one continuous curve to draw it - like laying down a piece of string that creates the bulb in a little more abstract way. I'll try to find you an example.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite logo is the one with the lightbulb hanging down. Something you could do is try more curly fonts, so your logo won't look so bland
ReplyDeleteI like the hanging lightbulb and I would like to see it with the electrical wire in it. I think it looks like it could be a great icon for something.
ReplyDeleteI like the circular logo with the bulb inside and the wording on the outside around it, or just to the side. The hanging bulb is also very cool. I do like the curly fonts better than the blocky ones, though.
